Ultrasound Technologist at Main SB​/HC

Become a vital part of the healthcare team as an Ultrasound Technologist at Main SB/HC. This role requires performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including on-call shifts and equipment maintenance.

As an expert ultrasound technologist, you will be responsible for various imaging procedures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment effectiveness. You will also care for patients, gather vital information, and oversee consent processes. This position impacts the quality of patient care and supports teaching and research initiatives in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures in various departments

• Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasound equipment effectively

• Conduct diverse diagnostic examinations including CEUS

• Collect and verify patient history and obtain informed consent

• Document all procedures clearly in written and electronic reports

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program

• ARDMS Registration and CMRTO membership

• Current BCLS certification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related setting

• Ability to work various shifts, including on-call
