This position reports to the Recreation Manager and emphasizes collaboration in developing activities that cater to residents' interests. You will leverage your ability to establish effective relationships and will utilize your skills in maintaining detailed records and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of resident-centric programs

• Keep accurate records of program evaluations

• Communicate effectively with residents and families

• Attend in-service education for current trends

• Assist with transport for outings via van

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma required

• Experience in gerontology or with seniors preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid provincial driver's license for transport

• Vulnerable Sector Check completion preferred
