Dynacare Laboratory Assistant Position

Your daily tasks will encompass a variety of patient tests, emphasizing empathy and an excellent customer service experience. Operating Monday to Friday, you’ll contribute to a positive work environment while meeting quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully obtain quality blood samples and specimens

• Accurately enter necessary patient and test details

• Sort specimens for laboratory testing and documentation

• Execute ECGs and perform various collections

• Maintain data confidentiality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school and a laboratory training program

• Proficient in phlebotomy with a patient-first mentality

• Detailed and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual English communication capabilities

• Relevant certification (MLPAO/CSMLS) preferred
