Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive swallowing and communication services across acute and transitional care settings. The role includes working three days per week in Priority Coverage and two days at the Holland Centre, leading SLP services for transitional care.
The successful candidate will assess and manage dysphagia and communication, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interprofessional teams.
