Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene

• Provide ambulatory support and companionship

• Maintain nutritional support as needed

• Complete electronic documentation for care tasks

• Report changes in resident status to clinical leads

Requirements:

• PSW Certification from a recognized facility

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
