Unregulated Care Provider Role

Support the well-being of seniors as an Unregulated Care Provider at Verve Senior Living. This role combines medical skills with compassionate care in a rewarding setting.

As a UCP, you will assist in creating positive living conditions for residents while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Your role involves delivering personalized care, medication management, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaboration with a committed team and the Health & Wellness Manager will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents’ daily living activities with respect

• Administer treatments in line with policy and resident needs

• Monitor care outcomes and report changes promptly

• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to safety protocols

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care plans

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and UCP program certification

• Emergency First Aid Level 1 and CPR certified

• Experience in healthcare settings, especially with seniors

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Initiative in problem-solving and teamwork spirit
