As an integral member of the team at UHN, you will assist with patient care plans under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Responsibilities involve facilitating daily activities, preparing treatment materials, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld. Your strong communication skills will foster connections with patients and contribute to their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid patients in daily living activities

• Implement group and individual treatment plans

• Help patients with mobility and exercises

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas

• Participate in safety meetings and training

Requirements:

• Certificate in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistance

• Proficiency in rehabilitation methods

• Effective multitasking and teamwork skills

• Previous healthcare experience is an asset
