Humber River Health is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapy leader to enhance community-focused healthcare. In this role, you will support the integration of professional standards while mentoring new and established staff. A significant part of your time will be dedicated to clinical caseload and leadership within the Allied Health Services Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for clinical programs
• Mentor staff in professional practice standards
• Advocate for the Allied Health services and objectives
• Coach on clinical practices in Occupational Therapy
• Manage a clinical caseload comprising 50% of duties
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration in good standing with Ontario's College of Occupational Therapists
• At least 3 years acute care clinical experience
• Strong critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
• Experience in educational roles or leadership within healthcare
