As the Program Manager, you will supervise the comprehensive rehabilitation program for acquired brain injury survivors. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong clinical and operational skills to ensure high-quality treatment and compliance with established standards. You will engage with diverse multidisciplinary teams to provide effective support tailored to each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement treatment and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor clinical documentation and manage medication processes
• Lead daily operation and coordination of client schedules
• Facilitate access to necessary healthcare services
• Support staff training and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in health care, social services, or psychology
• Experience in rehabilitation healthcare (3-5 years)
• Proven ability to handle clinical standards and policies
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Intervention
• G driver’s license and vehicle for client transport as needed
