Toronto Clinical Supervisor Role

Take a pivotal role as a Clinical Supervisor at Kerry’s Place in Toronto. Supervise teams focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder, ensuring quality care and support for clients.

In this temporary full-time position, you will facilitate training, mentor clinical staff, and conduct vital behaviour assessments. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you are expected to maintain high standards of practice and compliance within a supportive and dynamic environment. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life for individuals with ASD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical team activities and support staff

• Conduct assessments and monitor behaviour plans

• Provide mentoring and training to clinical employees

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards

• Collaborate with families to carry out individualized plans

Requirements:

• Master's Degree required

• Registered Behaviour Analyst in good standing

• Minimum 5 years of assessment experience

• Preferred 1 year of team leadership experience

• Familiarity with ASD treatment approaches
