This position requires a dedicated professional who can develop and implement effective treatment programs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will focus not only on musculoskeletal issues but also work with populations dealing with trauma and complex care. Engage in educating patients and families while effectively managing documentation and clinical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical assessments for identifying patient goals
• Coordinate treatment programs with the healthcare team
• Manage patient caseload effectively
• Document and share treatment progress regularly
• Participate in patient and family education activities
Requirements:
• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
