Experienced Cardiology Technologist Role

Take on a vital role as a Registered Cardiology Technologist in Ontario. Bring your expertise in ECGs and stress testing to enhance patient care and safety standards.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Cardiology Technologist who has completed an accredited program and is registered or in the process of registration with OSCT. With a minimum of one year of practical experience, you will conduct various cardiac tests while ensuring adherence to protocols for patient privacy and equipment safety. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret ECGs, Holters, and stress tests

• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness

• Identify and address cardiac arrhythmias in patients

• Foster effective communication with patients and healthcare teams

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a clinical setting

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Cardiac Technologist program

• Minimum 1 year experience in a cardiology environment

• Familiarity with NEC monitoring systems and GE equipment

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written

• Proven ability to operate independently and manage busy workflows
