Support residents with Age Care as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) committed to compassionate care and safety. Play a key role in enhancing the lives of residents.
Age Care is actively seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide essential care in our supportive communities. This role includes monitoring adherence to care plans, documenting findings, and participating in staff development activities. You will contribute to a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care and report observations
• Document all care-related information accurately
• Engage in staff meetings and educational sessions
• Assist with training new employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with IPAC procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
• Understanding of care techniques for geriatric residents
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth
