Position: Analyst in Quality Improvement at Shoppers Drug Mart

This full-time temporary role interacts with various teams and reports to the Senior Director. You will drive significant projects aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes through data-driven insights. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in healthcare and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of the Enterprise Quality Framework

• Perform research to review clinical guidelines and standards

• Assist with quality improvement projects from inception to finish

• Analyze clinical and administrative data for insights

• Coordinate project deliverables and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape

• Experience in research or analysis projects

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, R, or Python

• In an advanced degree program in health sciences
