Age Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide resident care according to care plans and assist in identifying resident needs. The role emphasizes ensuring a safe, sanitary environment and following IPAC policies under supervision.
You will monitor and document care, attend trainings, and assist with onboarding of new staff while upholding high standards of dignity and respect for residents.
