Sick Kids is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Health Psychologist to join their innovative Brain and Mental Health Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric health psychology, focusing on socio-emotional issues in a hospital setting.

Your role will include conducting assessments, providing interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and family well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological consultations and screenings for children

• Deliver individual and group psychological interventions

• Provide assessment feedback to families and medical teams

• Update medical staff about intervention progress and recommendations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Clinical or Health Psychology with pediatric focus

• Minimum two years in pediatric health psychology

• Eligible for registration with Ontario College of Psychologists

• Experience in CBT, ACT, and other therapeutic techniques

• Strong communication and organizational skills
