At Santé Ontario, we are looking for a proactive Tissue Coordinator dedicated to improving tissue donation practices. Your responsibilities will encompass thorough donor evaluations, consent procedures, and effective case coordination. You will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure successful tissue recovery and compassionately guide families through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments of donor clinical suitability and medical histories

• Conduct telephone outreach for securing donation consent

• Oversee case management and coordination with hospitals

• Support families of donors and ensure quality control

• Maintain compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in health or biological sciences required

• Minimum three years relevant experience preferred

• Certification in relevant health fields is advantageous

• Flexible to work in a dynamic 12-hour shift environment

• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
