Toronto Public Health Evaluator Position

Become a Program Evaluator at Toronto Public Health in a full-time, temporary role through January 2027. This position focuses on ensuring top-quality evaluations of public health programs.

Under the guidance of the Manager of Evaluation and Quality Improvement, you'll engage with multidisciplinary teams to support program evaluations and promote quality improvements. Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical abilities, experience in managing concurrent projects, and proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program staff on evaluations

• Create and analyze assessment tools to evaluate programs

• Develop and implement program evaluation strategies

• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports for various entities

• Ensure program evaluations meet established standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Health Sciences or related discipline

• Extensive experience in public health evaluations

• Familiarity with statistical software and database management
