The MDS Coordinator role involves leading resident assessment processes and ensuring data accuracy within timelines mandated by health authorities. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Leadership Team, you will coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument for compliance and effective data management. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of electronic records will be essential in this vital position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet reporting requirements for the Ministry of Health

• Coordinate timely completion of interRAI assessments

• Prepare and monitor MDS assessment schedules

• Supervise data entry staff and ensure data quality

• Develop educational workshops for staff training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline

• Familiarity with MDS, interRAI, and coding processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of electronic health record systems
