Responsibilities:
• Ensure all clinics in your region are operating in accordance with the corporate objectives, policies, programs and service standards.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service in all clinics to meet or exceed patient and physician expectations.
• Monitor business analytics and accountability report for all clinics in the region and take appropriate actions to ensure results.
• Plan and organize all clinic operations including facilities and equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as Human Resources requirements
• Coordinate with all physicians working at the clinics in your region; assist in recruitment of additional physicians to work in clinics.
• Plan and organize staff changes including recruitment, promotion, transfer and discipline.
• Arrange renewal and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement, if applicable.
• Identify opportunities for new services to be added at the clinics.
• Assist in procurement of equipment, service contracts, and critical supplies.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and take appropriate action in case of adverse feedback.
• Improve employee engagement via ongoing and new initiatives in support of employee growth and development.
• Coach and mentor clinic managers and site leads to improve patient flow and efficiency at the clinics such that patient wait-times are reduced, and staff schedule is optimized.
• Submit biweekly progress report on operations, and/or present at senior management meetings with a focus on personnel concerns, patient wait-times, business development & new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Physician Relations to ensure positive relationships with referring physicians are maintained, and/or improved.
• Coordinate with Facilities to plan and organize new clinic locations in the region.
• Implement procedural, administrative and organizational changes as per corporate objectives.
