Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Lead pharmacy operations at Unity Health Toronto as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. Oversee dispensary activities, support staff, and ensure quality care within a full-time role.

In this permanent full-time role, you will supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager hael's Hospital. Your primary focus will be optimizing pharmacy operations and inventory management, while implementing process improvements. You will lead staff performance reviews, manage HR concerns, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee main dispensary operations and staff assignments

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

• Liaise with nursing staff for medication-related tasks

• Lead process improvement initiatives within the pharmacy team

• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for team members

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with OCP

• Pharmacy Technician Diploma required

• Minimum 5 years experience in a teaching hospital

• At least 1-2 years of leadership as a technician

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
