In the role of Personal Support Worker, you will focus on the individual needs of residents, ensuring their physical comfort and emotional fulfillment. Responsibilities include engaging with residents, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining clear documentation of care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on residents' physical and emotional health

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily activities

• Uphold residents’ rights and dignity at all times

• Support the use of adaptive devices as needed

• Engage in continuous team collaboration for quality care

Requirements:

• Approved PSW course graduation in Ontario

• Experience in a long-term care setting is beneficial

• Valid CPR certification required

• Preferred registration with HSCPOA

• Computer literacy and strong communication skills
