Position: SRCHC Health Promoter - Mobile Clinic Role
Make an impact in community health as a Health Promoter at South Riverdale Community Health Centre. This full-time role integrates health education and community outreach focused on primary care access.

As part of the Mobile Health Clinic team, you will coordinate health programming to serve marginalized populations in East Toronto. This role demands flexibility, collaborating with various community groups while promoting health equity. Your contributions will drive meaningful engagement, ensuring accessible and relevant health resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outreach and health promotion activities

• Engage diverse communities around health issues

• Support clients in navigating health services

• Help operate and manage the Mobile Health Clinic

• Advocate for accessible health resources

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in health, social science, or related

• 3-5 years of relevant community health experience

• Driving license and safe driving practice

• Background in community organizing

• Strong capabilities in health education delivery
