Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and ambulation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Monitor and document care in an electronic health record system

• Communicate changes in resident care needs to clinical leads

• Foster strong relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of emotional and physical demands of the role

• Vulnerable Sector Check (recent or willingness to obtain)
