Occupational Therapist

Position: Occupational Therapist Flexible Scheduling

This casual role provides the autonomy to work as either an employee or independent contractor. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and recommend solutions that enhance client independence. The position is perfect for OTs eager to support home care and community rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and mobility evaluations

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Provide follow-up visits to track progress and safety

• Recommend assistive devices and home modifications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Experience in home and community care preferred

• Skill in functional assessments and caregiver training

• Ability to produce accurate documentation

• Valid driver's license and transportation access
