Position: UHN Clinical Trials Supervisor Role

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate clinical trials at the Anesthesia Clinical Trial Unit, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance. With responsibilities that include training staff and liaising with stakeholders, you will be a key player in advancing clinical research initiatives across multiple healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clinical trial guidelines and processes

• Train and manage clinical trial teams

• Communicate effectively with investigators and sponsors

• Report on trial progress to the Research Director

• Ensure ethical approvals and quality monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of clinical experience and supervision

• Proven experience with research budget management

• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills

• Valid certification as Clinical Research Professional
