As a Clinical Trials Pharmacy Specialist at UHN, you will provide essential regulatory oversight of investigational drug management within our renowned research hospital. This role involves collaborating with research teams and supporting compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will be engaged in professional development while influencing the standardization of pharmacy services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Good Clinical Practices in pharmacy services
• Assess clinical trial protocols for medication feasibility
• Lead pharmacy operations with regulated technicians
• Act as liaison for investigators and sponsors
• Support quality assurance in investigational pharmacy
Requirements:
• BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Certificate from the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada
• Registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part
A)
• Hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
