Home Instead is looking for a dedicated Lead Caregiver who has a background as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) and a passion for mentorship. You will coach caregivers, support their onboarding, and oversee quality assurance for senior care. With your effective communication and organizational skills, you will help navigate the challenges of aging with grace and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to provide coaching and assure quality care

• Support new caregivers during their onboarding

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

• Anticipate and address challenges proactively

• Keep HR updated about caregiver performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PSW

• Strong mentoring and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• High professionalism and discretion

• Computer literacy and a willingness to adapt
