In the fast-paced setting of Sunnybrook Research Institute, the Activation Specialist will facilitate critical processes in clinical trials. Your contribution supports both institutional readiness and patient access to vital research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate timely Institutional Authorization activation with research teams

• Establish effective communication among all project stakeholders

• Optimize and implement standardized activation-related practices

• Cultivate partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to enhance efficiency

• Analyze performance metrics and identify barriers for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research

• Proven ability with multi-site and industry-sponsored trials

• Knowledge of trial competitiveness initiatives in Ontario

• Strong organization skills with a focus on detail and teamwork
