Position: North York Speech Language Therapy Role
CBI Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the North York area. Provide vital support for communication and swallowing recovery in a comfortable home environment.

In this role, you will execute assessments and deliver speech language pathology interventions as part of our Integrated Care Program. Collaborate with a dedicated team to implement patient-centered strategies that facilitate an effective recovery journey, embracing both in-person and virtual care delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform swallowing assessments and participant interventions

• Utilize a collaborative team approach to support patient needs

• Adopt a holistic strategy for cognitive communication support

• Use digital platforms for care documentation and service delivery

• Assist patients in navigating post-acute recovery pathways

Requirements:

• Registered with College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario

• Valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance

• Passion for person-centered therapy approaches

• Comfort in delivering therapy using various methods

• Proven communication skills and independent work ethic
