You will work under the guidance of a Physiotherapist to implement effective treatment plans that promote functional independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out tasks assigned by the supervising Physiotherapist
• Follow tailored Care Plans for Residents and Families
• Enhance mobility and strength through targeted treatments
• Lead group exercise classes to stimulate engagement
• Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation environment
Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma from an accredited OTA/PTA program
• Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Proven experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Strong communication and flexibility in a healthcare setting
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle access
