As a casual Occupational Therapist, you will complete in-home assessments, develop tailored treatment strategies, and recommend equipment modifications. Your contributions will be essential for enhancing client quality of life and fostering independence oy working independently with the support of an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete functional assessments and environmental evaluations
• Develop customized, evidence-informed treatment plans
• Perform follow-up visits focusing on goal progression
• Coordinate equipment procurement and supply orders
• Educate clients and families on care strategies
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Preferred experience in home care and community services
• Strong documentation and assessment skills
• Comfort working independently while managing a caseload
• Reliable transportation for client visits
