Clinical Research Coordinator

The Sunnybrook Lung Health Group is looking for an energetic Research Coordinator to assist in clinical trials focused on chronic lung diseases. You will manage data-sharing agreements, prepare ethics submissions, and lead participant recruitment efforts. Evening or weekend work might be mandated based on study requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all study phases from initiation to completion

• Prepare and maintain documentation for Research Ethics Boards

• Recruit and interview study participants effectively

• Perform quantitative data analysis using statistical software

• Supervise and train research assistants

Requirements:

• Master's degree in healthcare/services-related area

• Minimum three years in a clinical research role

• Strong knowledge of data management and analysis

• Familiarity with REDCap platform

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
