Position: Invigilator for CELPIP Tests North York
Join us as an Invigilator at the CELPIP Test Centre in North York, responsible for ensuring a successful test experience. This position requires strong oversight and support for test delivery.

The role requires flexibility for weekly or occasional shifts at our North York location, covering multiple test sessions from Wednesday to Sunday. As an Invigilator, you will ensure adherence to testing protocols, manage the check-in process, and assist test takers with any arising issues. Your vigilance will help maintain the integrity of the testing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and preparing the test area

• Manage check-in procedures for test takers

• Guide test takers to their designated workstations

• Conduct microphone checks and assist with technical issues

• Monitor conduct and report any misconduct

Requirements:

• Fluent in English in all four language aspects

• At least 2 years of post-secondary education or related experience

• Strong professionalism and confidentiality standards

• Reliability and punctuality in all duties

• Attention to detail while supervising tests
