Lead data privacy initiatives with Yoush Consulting as a Healthcare Data Privacy Expert. Bring your understanding of Ontario’s privacy laws to protect sensitive health information effectively.
As a Healthcare Data Privacy Expert, you will focus on applying relevant privacy legislation, including PHIPA and FIPPA, to project deliverables. Your work entails assessing existing policies, developing comprehensive project plans, and communicating with a wide array of stakeholders. You will also play a critical role in providing privacy advice and conducting risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and apply data privacy legislation
• Review and enhance privacy frameworks and models
• Create project integration plans and status updates
• Develop communication tools for project milestones
• Collaborate with teams to address privacy inquiries
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare delivery
• Experience with privacy impact assessments in healthcare
• Strong understanding of health data regulations
• Project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
