You will provide individual and group counselling, psychoeducation, and crisis management within a collaborative healthcare environment. Leverage your knowledge of addiction and mental health to support patients undergoing treatment and ensure comprehensive discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy and crisis management

• Facilitate connections to community resources

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs

• Assist across mental health and addictions programs

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

• Minimum two years of experience in mental health or addiction

• Membership with OASW and OCSWSSW

• Training in DBT and motivational interviewing required

• Strong assessment skills using a bio-psycho-social model
