Position: Clinical Director & Team Lead Role
Join New Beginnings Recovery Home as the Team Lead and Clinical Director in Toronto, ON, where your expertise in mental health will guide both clients and clinical staff. You'll oversee operations while delivering impactful addiction support through individual counseling sessions.

This role is ideal for a compassionate leader holding a Master’s in Social Work or a Registered Psychotherapist qualification. You will design and implement clinical programs, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your influence will help navigate the complexities of trauma and addiction recovery within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and lead the clinical team

• Conduct individual counseling using evidence-based approaches

• Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans

• Maintain confidential clinical documentation per PIPEDA

• Develop and monitor clinical policies for compliance

Requirements:

• Master’s in Social Work or Registered Psychotherapist

• Proven experience in clinical program leadership

• Familiarity with Ontario mental health and compliance
