Yee Hong Community Care Worker

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Program Coordinator to provide crucial support to clients in a community wellness hub. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, engaging in social-recreational activities, and ensuring the safe running of programs. Your active participation in care planning discussions will be essential to meet clients' complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement holistic program services
• Deliver high-quality assistance with daily activities
• Facilitate client engagement in recreational sessions
• Distribute meals according to dietary needs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of relevant training in health or social services
• Experience in a geriatric care setting necessary
• Current C.P.R. certification required
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese
• Recent vulnerable sector police check needed
