Addiction & Mental Health Team Lead

Become the Team Lead at New Beginnings Recovery Home in Toronto, ON, where you'll champion addiction recovery and mental health counseling. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding clients through their journey while supervising a dedicated clinical team.

This position requires a qualified candidate with either an MSW or registration as a psychotherapist, plus experience in leading clinical programming. You will facilitate counseling sessions using trauma-informed techniques, work alongside healthcare professionals for treatment reviews, and ensure program excellence and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and staff of the recovery home

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions with clients

• Collaborate on treatment planning with medical professionals

• Ensure clinical documentation adherence to PIPEDA

• Develop policies to enhance compliance and service delivery

Requirements:

• Master’s in Social Work or Registered Psychotherapist

• Experience in designing clinical programs

• Knowledge of Ontario mental health regulations
