Registered Dietitian Diabetes Care

As an integral part of our team, the Registered Dietitian will focus on patient-centered care, utilizing medical nutrition therapy for effective diabetes management. You will work in collaboration with fellow clinicians to develop personalized care plans and help patients achieve their health goals through education and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with 7-8 patients daily on nutrition
• Implement individualized diabetes management strategies
• Lead group education sessions for patients and health professionals
• Guide insulin management and blood glucose monitoring
• Document patient progress accurately and effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nutrition required
• Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience needed
• Certified Diabetes Educator preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong skills in group education and communication
