Position: Full-Time Mental Health Worker Wanted
Join the Toronto Military Family Resource Centre as a Mental Health Worker, offering essential counseling support to families of military personnel and veterans. This full-time role focuses on family-centered care and mental wellbeing.

You will deliver single-session interventions and short-term counseling to various family members facing military lifestyle challenges. This position involves active case management and resource coordination, providing advocacy in both community and virtual contexts. Your expertise will help families cope with a range of issues, promoting effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored short-term counseling sessions

• Provide crisis support and resource advocacy

• Co-facilitate mental health programs and workshops

• Maintain comprehensive client documentation

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions

Requirements:

• Degree in mental health regulatory field

• At least 2 years of clinical experience

• Professional registration in good standing

• Valid Police Check and Security Clearance

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
