Humber River Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for its Medical Imaging team. This temporary full-time position involves working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities involve preparing patients, ensuring MRI safety, and collaborating with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scan neuro, musculoskeletal, abdominal, and angiographic cases
• Conduct MRI safety screening and obtain patient consent
• Review images and documentation for radiologist reporting
• Adhere to MRI safety practices diligently
Requirements:
• Registration as an MRI Technologist with CMRITO
• MRT with MRI certification required
• Prior clinical MRI experience needed
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• IV certification mandatory
