As part of the Nutrition Services Department at UHN, the Food Services Nutrition Supervisor will manage staff and ensure efficient operations. This permanent part-time role involves quality control of patient meal trays and maintaining necessary supplies. Your expertise will support the Reactivation Care Centre's mission to provide exceptional nutrition care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff at UHN Reactivation and West Park facilities

• Oversee meal tray quality, quantity, and accuracy

• Ensure adequate food and supplies for operations

• Perform various assigned cross-functional duties

• Maintain efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Food and Nutrition Management Program

• Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

• Completion of a Food Handler Certification

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of therapeutic nutrition and food preparation
