Clinical Trials Activation Specialist at SRI

As the Activation Specialist for Clinical Trials at SRI, you will engage with research teams, the Research Ethics Office, and external partners to streamline the trial activation process. This role requires a minimum of three years of hospital-based clinical research experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve trial activation timelines
• Implement best practices for optimized clinical trial processes
• Build relationships with industry sponsors and academic partners
• Educate staff on effective trial initiation practices
• Monitor performance indicators and identify process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
• Clinical Research program completion preferred
• Three years of clinical research experience required
• Activating multisite trials in Ontario highly desired
• Familiarity with REDCap and project management tools preferred
