Become an integral part of Green Shield as an Innovative Health Systems Analyst, concentrating on strategic healthcare partnerships to enhance access across Canada.
This position focuses on supporting the Health System Innovation team in executing pilot projects and strategic assessments. Your analytical skills will contribute to the alignment of Green Shield's initiatives with broader health policies, ensuring improved health outcomes and equity for Canadians. You’ll work on key areas of mental health, chronic diseases, and virtual care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate health system opportunities and alignment potential
• Create materials for public sector and internal stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with various teams for project execution
• Track project progress and manage risks effectively
• Operationalize frameworks for evaluating health innovations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years within healthcare or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, or similar
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and consensus-building
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Passionate about health equity and making a positive impact
