This role involves creating and executing effective treatment plans while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in spa areas. You will also document guest progress and provide expert product recommendations. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a guest-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and design treatments based on guest evaluations
• Administer various massage techniques as needed
• Document progress and recommend homecare products
• Keep all areas of the spa clean and organized
• Participate in mandatory spa meetings and training
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• Experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Positive and friendly demeanor towards guests
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
