Independent Occupational Therapist – Home Health
VHA Home Health Care in Ontario is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and provide consultation, recommendations, and interventions to clients in their homes. You will coordinate care with the client care team to promote independence and uphold VHA’s core values.
Experience with caseload management, independent work, and virtual care, plus eligibility with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, are expected. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
