Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients according to protocols

• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries

• Ensure proper handling of patient documentation

• Support clinical staff during patient tests as needed

• Maintain equipment and work areas according to safety standards

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant medical office experience

• Diploma in Medical Office Administration preferred

• A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team

• CPR & First Aid Certification is encouraged
