Qualicare Homecare is actively hiring reliable and empathetic Individuals as Personal Support Workers. This position involves providing personal care, meal prep, and companionship to clients under the guidance of a Care Coordinator. The role is designed to support clients facing various medical challenges while building strong therapeutic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene requirements

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties

• Accompany clients to appointments and outings

• Support clients with medication reminders and transportation

• Manage documentation and adhere to care plans

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to pursue

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray required

• Possess a mobile phone and Internet access

• Ability to travel within Toronto
