Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for nephrology patients

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• MSW from an accredited program required

• Membership with OASW and OCCSWSSW or eligibility preferred

• Recent nephrology and dialysis experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to demonstrate cultural competencies in practice
